In pursuit of our mission, GDM Habitat seeks to create small sparks in our target neighborhoods through the newly created Neighborhood Launch Grant program. Grants of up to $1,000 will be awarded to organizations, small businesses, and individual residents. These funds will go toward projects that create impact in the neighborhood by bringing together residents, strengthening community relationships, and improving quality of life.
Grant opportunities are currently available to those in the following neighborhoods:
- Columbus Park
- Drake
- Fairgrounds
- Highland Park
- Historic East Village
- King Irving
- Martin Luther King, Jr. Park
- Mondamin Presidential
- Oak Park
- River Bend
- Union Park
- Watrous South
