Habitat is offering these renovated homes in an effort to reduce program wait times for some participating households. Each of these properties will be offered to all participants who are in the Habitat program and eligible for a property offer. This is not your official and final property offer that we talk about in orientation. If you do not choose any of these homes, it will not affect your place in line or future home selection opportunities. If you do select one of these homes, you will not receive another offer from Habitat.

Construction time depends on the date of selection of your property, the GDM Habitat construction schedule, and the time of year. Average construction times range from 4 to 6 months once framing has begun.
