Legacy Circle members are individuals who’ve demonstrated forethought and generosity to ensure that, as part of their legacy, more families in our community will know the security and hope of owning a home. These commitments allow Greater Des Moines Habitat for Humanity to plan – and build – into the future.

Planned giving is an option for anyone who wants to build a legacy that aligns with their values, regardless of their age or income. A planned gift can be simple to do and cost very little, and you can get started today! A few simple ways you can provide for this mission’s future stability and growth include naming Greater Des Moines Habitat for Humanity as a beneficiary in your IRA, in your life insurance policy, or in your will.
